We didn't even get our food...yeah they must be great with regulars, but if they don't recognize your face forget it. The waitress we had was BEYOND rude and when we asked for something extra, she went over to another customer and talked openly about us and how we needed to get our order straight and laughed at us! We were furious. we had never been talked to like they do in this restaurant. we were excited to try it, but we left absolutely with no food and screamed at by the waitress and one table with locals apparently who had no clue what was even going on. We were cussed at and I finally blew it and told one lady if she didn't stop screaming obscenities at my mom, we were gonna go outside and have a talk. I reported them to BBB. I have never had an issue with a public place. This is an odd experience. I then found out by people in this community that they have done that at least 8 other times to non-regulars!!!! So if you are not a regular to this place don't show your face in there and ask for extras..cz wow. you will get lambasted with rude service and even ruder customers. Go to Denny's..same quality of food (I have heard from multiple people) and nicer people.

Yeah farmers and families love this place..if they know you! If they don't know you or you are from out of town forget it! You will be glared at and talked about. I have eaten in 100's of restaurants and have never been treated the way I have here. The waitress made a mistake on our order (Mistake meaning she forgot an entire entree!) and then when we politely asked her if we were getting the other entree, she looked at us and said You didn't want it anymore. Excuse me? we never said that...I then said Yes we still do please..she then went to another table and started talking about my mom and I!!! My mom said something about this and she was promptly yelled at and then the locals started yelling at us too! We ended up leaving. I almost ended up in my first fight ever because a woman called my mom a horribly offensive name in front of my 2 year old child. These people are nuts! And they had no clue that I am a local! Casey's has been owned for several years by the Patzke family. They are honest with their prices and portions, and provide the best home-cooked food in town. Great for breakfast or burgers at lunchtime.
