This house was built in 2005, has 1935 square feet, and includes 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, The living room has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a custom built Tulikivi woodburning fireplace, (radiant heat!) and is open to the dining area and kitchen. All the windows frame the beautiful outdoors surrounding this home. Recently painted, (in process) with clay paint in beautiful adobe colors. The dining area opens onto an outdoor patio area, partially protected under the porch overhang and partly open to the sky. This is an ideal place for outdoor grilling and solar cooking. Just lounging and enjoying the view of the surrounding mountains and hills is wonderful too.

The Well production was tested in August, 2006 and it produced 14+ gals per minute. The water quality was tested in June of 2007 and that report is attached. The Barn is 1728 sq. ft. with a hay storage room and a tack room. It has a potential for 3 stalls and has an earthen crushed granite floor. There is an outdoor arena adjacent to the barn.
There are approximately 4+ acres of pasture, that are fenced and cross fenced. The property has 5.8 acres of water rights from the Talent Irrigation District. The irrigation method is hand lines and/or flood irrigation.
The property has two greenhouses. One is 40 x 20.The other is 30 x 20. There is a hoop house as well, and a new greenhouse dome being constructed.The structures have irrigation lines and well lines. The smaller one is great for doing plant starts. Both have great light and are south facing.

There is no traffic, as the house is at the end of a dead end road. There is about a dozen homes on our street. It is a wonderful location for children & the schools are excellent.
Trade wise, we would consider only an income producing property, such as a B & B.
